Office Policies

Cancellation Policy:

We reserve the right to charge a $50 fee for missed appointments. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid this fee. If you need to reschedule within the 24 hour time frame, the fee will be waived. We appreciate your business, but want to make sure that we can book appointments for other valued clients in the case of cancellation.

Neurotoxin Satisfaction Policy:

If you are unhappy with the result of your neurotoxin injection within 2 weeks of your treatment, such that you believe you need treatment, make a return appointment and we will evaluate you for and provide additional treatment.

Treatment Outcomes:

All patients are different and response to a given treatment will vary from person to person. Results are not guaranteed and payments are made for treatments to be performed – not for a specific result. However, we always strive to achieve the absolute best result that we can for you.

Tipping and Gratuity:

As a medical facility, tipping is not expected for medical procedures, however they are appreciated for aesthetic procedures, such as facials. Our favorite tip is your satisfaction with your treatment and providing referrals!

Referral Discounts:

For established patients who refer a friend, both will receive $50 off a future treatment. The maximum referral discount allowed per treatment is $100 and a minimum purchase is required. The minimum amount depends on the treatment type, please contact us for more details. Referral discounts cannot be applied with other discounts or specials.
